About
The National Star Route Mail Contractors Association is a nonprofit organization, headquartered in Washington, D.C., dedicated to representing companies based throughout the nation that contract with the United States Postal Service to transport the mail. For the past 80 years the Association has been a vigorous advocate of USPS contractors, ranging from small owner-operators to national carriers, to ensure that their interests are advanced before both the Postal Service and federal government.
It is the only organization officially recognized by the Postal Service, U.S Department of Labor, U.S Department of Transportation, and Congress to represent and speak on behalf of the nation’s Postal Service highway contractors. Today the Association’s members operate in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam.
The National Convention is an invaluable opportunity to learn about the latest developments in the industry, speak directly with Postal Service leadership and government officials, and network with members with decades of Postal Service contracting experience.
